They're not lypsynching......the video and audio are just so slightly off. The first three singers, Aichan, Aibon and Mari are all very good singers. As a matter of fact, they ALL sound good on this......

if you don't believe me look at other concerts
Mari yaguchi necesita tomar aire antes de cantar en mucho concierto hace esto si no me creen vean en otros conciertos o cuando canta en programas, las morning musume solo les colocan play back a las nuevas integrantes que aun no pueden seguir cantando mientras bailan pero luego solo es en vivo :)

man I feel bad for Hitomi and Asami, they looked so bored because they literally took out their lines so pretty much all they had to do is dance, Man i really wanted to hear Hitomi more. LOVE HER!!!

Apparently in Japan, the fan base is primarily men in their 30's give or take a bit in the decade before and after.
As an addition to what I said prior, it's hard for the general public (I guess also in Japan) to recognize each individual girl, whereas the group itself is immediately recognized, almost like a staple. Morning Musume has been around since 1997 (Which makes it 12-13 years strong.) if I remember right.
