@Hurricaaane Living in Belgium, I suspect he's got a bit of dirty Wallonian rather than French, I'd say.
So the spy could well be Belgian.

good to see TF2 is loved around the world.
Did TF2 get a good French dub? Is the Spy given a different accent/nationality?

@Treblaine The Spy character in English TF2 is not even French, well if he is, he really has a bad grammar. Anyway, TF2 French dub really sucks just like any French dub of any of the Source games. Ironically, the best French dub Half-Life has ever had was Half-Life 1 itself. That's why quite a bunch of the French TF2 players actually play with the English voices, since some dub are completely missing from the recent class updates.

@Hurricaaane the spy speaks spanish and french

@madguy228 I'm French, I know what I'm talking about. Okay, true that the Spy speaks French and Spanish (and English to communicate with the team), but he can't possibly be a native French since he speaks with a very bad grammar (heard especially at the end of Meet the Spy, which uses French words but uses the wrong gender for the possessive pronoun -- In this sentence "My little cauliflower", cauliflower being a "cute" name, even if we speak of a woman, "cauliflower" is a male noun).
