TARDINGDANGDO & JANGER

Taken from the north side of Indonesia, Tardingdangdo is one of the famous folk song in North Sumatra. The combination of the melody, lyric and voice is one of the unique side of the song. It describes about friendship among the villagers, how to know each other with full understanding despite differences in culture and customs. Though, Indonesia is split by the islands but the bond among each other will not.

Tardingdangdo is split to many kind of harmonies, each singer will have to do their part well. Similar to the workplace, we all have to do our respective roles. PROFESSIONALISM is also shown by wearing full accessories of Balis traditional costume, not only for keeping the originality of culture but also showing our attention to perform as performers.
Singing together taught us how to RESPECT. Blending different characters of voice is not a simple thing. Having respect as key, we have shown unity in vocals and gestures that pushed us to the finals.
Bali is one of the magnificent island in Indonesia. We have stayed transparent by preserving Indonesias culture. This is our show of INTEGRITY. Were pleased to perform Janger as the traditional folk song from Bali. The song is made for relaxing in order to release the exhausted body and soul. By singing and dancing janger hopefully the audience will be relieved from stresses in the workplace.
The unification of two Indonesias folk songs in one performance became our INNOVATION to show the world, how beautiful Indonesias Culture is. Even though from different island with different language. We try to make it enjoyable and easy to listen to.
Loving our job should be equal as loving our own culture (Indonesia). This is what we call COMMITMENT. So, this is the time for us to show Indonesian Traditional Culture in part of International Company (Teleperformance) competition.

Last but not least we never hesitate to say...
We are proud to be Indonesians and we are proud to be part of TELEPERFORMANCE!
