Is HAARP responsible for the low pitched sound that many people around the world are hearing (and feeling)? a low-pitched, impossible to place vibration that many people think it could be related to HAARP, or similar facility.

I try to discuss HAARP with people but the Majority literately think HAARP is some kind of fairytale.

Interesting vid but I'm getting a bit bored of everyone crying "HAARP" everytime something happens. The so-called 'elite' have a wide range of technological weapons & devices. I think it requires some deeper research before instantly mentioning HAARP. My toilet wouldn't flush properly earlier, perhaps that was HAARP? I have also had to change a fuse in the same appliance twice in the past three months... HAARP? Maybe HAARP did 9/11? Or made people not vote for Ron Paul? Sorry but it's true.

This happened early in February in various cities in Mexico including Tijuana, Mexicalli and Monterrey (my city) people are calling it "the trumpets of Apocalypse" it's quite frightening but I almost immediately think of the HAARP and it's russian counterpart as I watched a documentary of them a couple of months ago, altough the sound it's still freaking creepy. Search for "extraños sonidos de trompetas en el cielo de Monterrey" to hear what's been recorded in my city.

I want to pay attention to another strange thing.
The shape of the clouds are not the same they used to be.
Remember those giant cotton balls that we used to see in the past. You cannot find those anymore...
Now the clouds look messy...

i have heard this myself personaly and would like to know how far these people who have experienced these cloud activities and humming sounds we from a HAARP facility?

I've heard them in central California- the testimonies in the video are from England, and Windsor, Canada.. Can't remember where the girl filming at night was. It's all over though.

Not all people can hear low frequency, but an example of low-frequency noise is the common home generator that is used throughout the county.

@ChemTrailSkys Also, a generator is more constant, and you could locate that whereas this sound will undulate, sometimes quickly, other times very gradually, and then build up to a peak, sometimes staying there for a long period of time. It's unlike a generator- it's also unlike a normal sound I have experienced. It's like your body is getting inundated with a vibration.
