  • @msa3595 It was along the Cascade Locks, near the Dog Mountain Trailhead, located in Washington, on highway 14. It's past the town of Stevenson, then just past Wind Mountain. The trailhead is at milepost 53. Turn off into the large dirt parking lot to hike the trails. The cliff-side here in the video is just after the gravel parking lot for the trailhead
