  • More victimless crime. Just words and talk. No actions, no nothing.

  • @rrhynes Are you saying child porn is a "victimless" crime? If so, you are wrong!

  • @PoliceSexOffenders Nope. I'm saying that busting people for decades old porn pictures that have been floatinng around the internet for years is a waste of public money. It's ridiculous to punish people for looking at something they had nothing do with , creation wise. also, having crazy conversations about things we fantasize about doing isn't the same as doing them or planning them. It's a digital image and verbage. He wasn't charged with "making" child pornography.

  • @rrhynes Well, he viewed child porn, and that is and should be a crime.

  • @PoliceSexOffenders He was charge with storing these images on his computer. It's nuts. You can't talk about what you want.........just because you're a police officer? If it were up to our government, they would punish sex offenders for having the same photographs all the other sex offenders have. Stupid! Either you're hurting somene or you're not. I haven't seen where anyone has been injured by his actions I don't agree with his fasination with children, but he hasn't harmed anyone either.

  • @rrhynes Simply viewing child porn is hurting someone. Not directly, but it does harm them.

  • @PoliceSexOffenders Viewiing images of Auschwitz could probably be interpreted the same way. Where do you draw the line? You get my point, I hope. It's become a witchunt. I live in Bakersfield. I also witnessed the damage done to the community by overzealous prosecution. He wasn't charge with selling porn, but by merely possessing it. I don't know enough details about the case, but I think they should archive some images and consider them off limits for prosecution.

  • she's right about the KC DA
