@ibelucky1 There's plenty of places in California where you can live on $40,000 a year very comfortably. I can name one right now. Boron. I can name another. California City. And another. Ridgecrest. People such as yourself just don't want to live in those places.

There have always been Mexicans in California Ramz, it used to be part of Mexico. The native people here weren't blond. Concerning Arnold, he also wanted to end the thee day holding period (done to give people a chance to reclaim their pet ) before destroying shelter animals. His wife talked him out of it.

@patsaxon I'm a living witness that welfare promotes laziness and a mentality of quitting even for those who may have tried to work. Welfare is a lucrative alternative to pursuing the American dream of "working"

We obviously can not let abled bodied people use welfare as a way of life. There has to be an end to it at some point. It just so happens that the budget battle proves to be the only way to stop it. Welfare was ment to be a temporary means for people between jobs, and should always have a time limit except for the disabled who can not work! Liberals let people stay on welfare to keep themselves in office!
