i also have a FN2, and i don't think that you can show what's a type r all about on a straight road, i mean yesterday i '' raced '' the same megane and he keep up with me, but in the corners..well the megane was nowhere to be found, and that's what i love about it...when im racing against someone and i see a corner i know he's dead :D

Je l'ai aussi fait une fois contre une A3 2.0 TDI 170 et le reste des TDI130 (Ibiza FR), TDI 150 (Golf IV), TDI 140 etc... et à chaque fois même constat: en reprise en 1ère ou seconde, ils tiennent jusqu'à 100 même les moins puissants (genre TDI 100) grâce au couple, puis passé cette vitesse ils s'éloignent au fur et à mesure que je monte dans les tours. Jamais un diesel ne m'est passé devant sur autouroute. C'est pour cela que je trouve cette Mégane impressionante... ou reprogrammée...

@loulou25390 Le diesel a plus de couple ce qui facilite les départs arrêtés. Mais ensuite passé 100 km/h, les moteurs essences atmosphériques qui ont la puissance dans les tours ont plus d'allonge donc ils repassent devant. Je sais de quoi je parle pour l'avoir fait (avec une Xsara VTS de 167 ch) contre plus d'un diesel dont 3 BMW 120d différentes de 177ch et je peux te dire que passé 100 km/h jusqu'à 200, la différence est flagrante (plus de 100 mètres d'écart).
