No-one seriously rates this song. It's funny- the whole persona of the old uncle leering at young women in skimpy tops and yet far too drunk/ old/ dissolute to be anything but harmless. The funniest bit is when he starts rambling about how "splendid he feels at present". Eventually he just gives up.
