How to Put Sound Effects in Music (Overlay) in WMM [Tutorial]

Steps
1. Import Video.
2. Import sound FX.
3. Add them to timeline.
4. After you have your sound FX in place, click "Save to my computer" under Finish Movie in the tasks toolbar.
5. Go through the steps to save the movie to "my computer"
6. Open a new WMM Project.
7. Import the video you just saved to my computer.
8. Import your music.
9. Drag it into the timeline.
10. Listen, and your video should have both the sound effects and the music.

Im sorry to post this comment but... Is there any OTHER way? cuz i make stick figure animations and i use GIF pics...and when i save the movie and Render it again the Movie's Quality becomes Degraded very violently...is there any other way?
