Ugh, fiscal "responsibility" completely ignores all of the reasons that the economy is in the state it is. Is it "responsible" to destroy a trillion dollars in assets in pointless wars while simultaneously importing ten million immigrant workers and watching impotently as the price of energy doubles? Don't you think a presidential candidate should perhaps consider the reasons that the economy is "ice cold" beyond the fluctuation of some abstract financial figures?
