HPDRAGON723: Push Ups in Ponce, Puerto Rico. This is a great Chest Workout. The most push ups I have done is 258 in a row, it was a long time ago, but soon I will be doing it again to break my own record and put it here in Youtube. So u think doing a bunch of pushups everyday will help get bigger arms and chests , but only doing pushups no other workout thing ?

I want to do 100 pushups as well! Started two weeks ago, I could do 45 last week, now I can do 48, at this rate I'll be able to do 100 maybe in a year? but I'm 29 so I'm not what I use to be! I think my testosterone and growth hormone are going down or something, weird! I have no more testosterone!
