@Reyalp now I could be wrong but I do believe it's the legendary wild Lion / Minotaur with wings.
-
They were too lazy to draw the orcs so the put actors in ugly costumes :D shame :D
-
This looks like something you'd see on adult swim at three in the morning.
-
Those aren't orcs. Those are a combo of the Morlocks from the original "Time Traveler" and the bogeys from "March of the Wooden Soldiers." How the hell could anyone have taken them seriously?
-
The Balrog in this version, what the fuck? Is it a buffalo, is it a moth, who can tell?
-
WTF? Thank you Peter Jackson! Otherwise I would have thought the Balrog was a lion with wings. What the hell were they thinking?
-
@Summergirl9091 Except for the Balrog being...completely different from how he was described in the book but whatever.
-
@HistoryLubber Humans don't have wings either, but that doesn't stop me! :D
-
So Balrog is a lion man?
-
@HistoryLubber Even if it wasn't in the book, I don't think the wings really "ruined the image of the Balrog" because when you see the wings they are appear to be very thin and vieny and made mostly of smoke, so even though it has wings it doesn't mean its able to fly and plummeting to death is still a very great threat to them.
4:43 nah, i think u need to learn to fly more than us lol

The line "Fly you fools" sounds way more comical and hilarious in this :D
