69 vw bug problem starting

This has been my little cars bane for the last year. No on can seem to remedy it. I've replaced the starter and towed it 3 times. Any on have any idea?

  • Here was the answer: I had gas but was sort of low, however I was parked on a hill. Engine was not getting any gas because of the hills tilt. Arrg!

  • This is kinda hard to diagnois. The video sounds like no fuel getting to the carburator. I would try putting a fow drops of feul down the carb(s). The engine should start, if the engine does not start. check the timing an the point condition an gap. DO NOT USE  STARTING FLUID. starting fluid will give a false systom. good luck an happy hunting!!!!!!!
