So i did not lose no weight this two weeks, but i am still happy that i did not gain no pounds.

  • who gives a crap what u weight! all that counts is how u look!

    and a month training is not really that much, u've to keep working out for over a year, even several years, if u want to look like a model.

    all these posters like "Get Ripped/Thinn in 3 weeks!" they're all probably fake.

    So just keep going and don't lose ur motivation, u'll get there one day if u keep going :)

  • that's right. keep at it. maintaning weight is actually pretty hard. if you continue to just maintain your body will eventually come out of its platea or whatever. it takes years for people to gain weight and Im guessing to be fair you know that it should take the same amount of time to get to a natural slim state.

  • The plateau is caused by getting into a set pattern in your training, you need to change your training pattern. For example, if you start by running for an hour before working on abs and back, then you need to trick your body and break your pattern and work on abs and back first then finish with running, you need to mix things around so your body doesnt get used to the same routine.

  • @Bloklint everyone say that yet its not effective.. i bet and no doubt you care about your weight. ometime we just cant stand how we look until we are happy with what we see in the mirrior i dont know if you know how its painful it is for us who go through everyday to get rid of what we want most in ourselves
