Deepzoom Silverlight 2 Pixel City

I've always loved this image and thought it would perfect for Deepzoom. I've no idea who the original author is for this image - anyone know? The video is VERY poor quality compared to the original artwork but thats You tube for you...
I'll make this live with their permission so anyone can play around with it.

I know this doesn't fully realise the potential of DeepZoom but I'm having a few difficulties with it at the moment. It seems to put far to much compression on the images. Any ideas?
