tbh xtr is pretty bad value for money id advise to go no further than slx unless ur either rich or into racing. the differences are extremely minimal with a MUCH larger price tag.

Nope.. Have yet to change my chain and the speed of my cassette. I'm still on 7 speed. I have though noticed a smoother feeling when changing my gear with the XTR rear derailleur :-) Been using it for 6 mths now, its been great thus far.

Haha.. Cool! If the Shimano XTR Rear Derailleur is 9 speed... Did you just replace the OG Cassette and Chain and get a 9 speed chain and cassette? Very cool! : )
