Poor James...He actually came accross as a nice guy. But he just didnt come across as a serious, competant candidate in this. Nice guys finish last. But we still love ya James. BEST wit in all of the Apprentice's Series!

i think the board room at the front 10 series were to eliminate those canidate with weak personality so those left wont collapse under this interview pressure

James' character is actually that of a pleaser. (Joking makes me a likeable guy)

Which has brought him quite far. However, behind that facade, shivers a little scared schoolboy. Should have been kicked out in week 1 or 2.

Instead, Howard would have done much better, as leader of 6 pub-managers.
