Hey overnight I will either comb right through the hair (taking out my lovely curls) using my Tangle Teezer brush (LOVE this product!) and then plait it down and sleep, or I will leave the curl in and twist about 4/5 small sections then pin into place on my head so that they don't move around too much. The friction that is caused when sleeping and moving around on your pillow can destroy your style so I try to make sure that there is as little movement as possible.
