@germanespejo1 I think that was a 351 Windsor block.  They have a taller deck than the 302s.

how did you fit a 427 in a 65 people tell me it impossible that it wont fit right....Cuz i want to put a big block in my 65...did you install mustang 2 suspension to fit that 427

Its a 351 W block bored a touch and a stroked crank. The deck is about 3/4 in taller and i think about 1.5 in wider than the 302. Other than a new hood, its pretty much a bolt-in affair.

I am not sure you said it or not, but are you running this on Alcohol? Or is the long block lower compression, like 8.5:1? Just wondering because 15lbs is pretty healthy for street without meth, race gas, or alcohol...unless you have lower compression. Thanks! Great car!
