my beloved laurie looks SO SOFT, feminine and pretty, even goofy here - i mean that as a compliment! i could just hug her and give her a big squeeze, she looks and sounds like she has just woken up ;-) BUT DON'T BE DECEIVED... just like the very unassuming unlit fish tank in the wall behind her, with the fish very much AWAKE - that mind is ticking and whizzing, all oiled, cogs & things turning impeccably, dexterity is laurie :-)

When love is gone there's always justice,
And when justice is gone there's always force,
And when force is gone there's always...
GITMO?

Love that tune off that 1979 album.
Wish Laurie would get harder again

I can't blame johnesco - I had an immense crush on Laurie Anderson back in my youth.
While the crush is gone, a deep gratitude and love exists in my heart, that she's here, in the world, doing what she's doing.
Blast that Lou Reed though, that bloody talented git.

*sigh*, and Lou Reed has much better kung fu than I. :-(
