Well i ride a sports bike and if you listen this is about clutch control. I could do this at idle with just the clutch. They made us do the same thing in the va msf course.

Obviously who ever came up with this ridiculous test has never riden a sportbike. Sportbikes are unbelievable sensitive at low rpms and are NOT made to be ridden in them. Plus, you will be riding like this about 5 percent of the time. Seriously unbelievable.
