This is an Ebay advert for my girlfriends car. It's in great condition as you can see from this Hi Definition ad. This film was shot on a JVC GY-HM 100 and used a glide track dolly system. I then edited this using Final Cut Pro 6 and Apple Color.

Btw, can you cut the clips on the camera? So that you don't have to have a recording on 1 hour, where you only need 3mins of it?

I use SanDisk Extreme 3 30mb/s Edition. I was concerned at first as full HD on this camera records at 35MB/s but these card work great!

No I used a Glide Track. They are really great once you get the hang of them.
