Wow, as a stylist myself there is no way in hell I would cut a childs hair if they were screaming like that. I would have put my scissors down and suggested to come back another time, or go down the street to kids only salon. I also would not subject my other paying customers to that either. Also, I fail to find the humor in the video.

freaking disrespectful mom should have had the decency to just get up, pay and leave if she cant control her dirty children.... Typical bad mother arrogance... Everyone else in the salon is just supposed to suck it up and listen to that crap without beating her senseless. She's a perfect candidate for a mom in Idiocracy.

why isn't the girl's mom doing anything to calm her down? well at least this video is proof that heather is good with kids...i'm surprised she didn't cut herself because the girl was so squirmy!

as a kid I slept through haircuts, and by the time I was 12 I had adult judgement, so i wasnt a hassle
