Moran: 'If You Vote for a Public Plan You Must Enroll in it'

Moran speaks on the House floor supporting the position that, if a Member of Congress votes in favor of a public option in health care reform legislation, then that Member should also enroll in the public plan. He believes that Congress should not have a better health care plan than they are willing to provide the American people, especially since the American people are paying for both.
