  • Very nice. I prefer using wild caught salmon, but if I am going to wet cure it and hot smoke it, then farmed salmon from Costco is fine. I brine/cure my salmon for about a day before putting it in my Cookshack smoker oven. Hard to go wrong with smoked salmon -- I even put some of mine in omlets, quiche, and spread. Thanks for a great video!

  • great video

  • I can say living in Alaska i dont pay that for salmon. but I love smoking fish , red's , kings , my fav for smoking is silvers the best i think i have done all , keep the pinks for the dog's but the best with any salmon is smoke no heat strips and 4 days later the best salmon candy you can have and it is great with cream cheese best salmon dip you can find.

  • not a fan of farmed salmon

  • why would you wanna drop your 35 dollar piece of salmon that you spent 5 hours smoking into a bowl of cream cheese? are you kidding? trash city
