Tredyffrin Township's Failure to Deal with Stormwater

Video from 4 years ago that highlights the problem with how Tredyffrin Township improperly disposes of stormwater runoff.

Today, the Township's continued lack of action is now the cause of my driveway's continued erosion. In the very near future, my driveway will collapse into the creek.

It is important to note the following:

1 - The township directs stormwater into the creek - which is in violation of the PA Stormwater Management Act.

2 - The creek is beyond the township's right of way. The result is the township's continual trespass onto private property and such trespass, coupled with the township's lack of proper stormwater management, has led to substantial damage to several properties.

wow. i never wouldve seen this video if you weren't on the main page. don't know how that works, but i'm new to paoli and see problems, not exactly like this, around this area. expecially around sugartown.

tredyffrin sure can spend money on nice new cop cars but problems like this are overlooked.

i'm not a fan of this area and it's been two years i've lived here.
