Dude the idle sounds perfect it gets a little low in the end but all 2 strokes do that well atleast ones ive seen and my bike. It needs to be cleared out before you can tell if its the crank seal take it 5th gear tapped with the right gas and oil mix dont go richer then 40:1 if its full syn and when you come back throw it in neutral to idle if it's still pouring smoke get those seals replaced.

my 03rm250 does the exact same thing, put it in gear and ride her, it ripps shit up, but bogs down at idle. sux

I had the same problem with my YAMAHA EXCITER II snowmobile where it bogs down when you give it gas it might be as simple as compression, your engine might be seizing do a compression test and find out.

sounds good to me, you need to rev the shit out of it and clear the oil out, or your mixture is to rich.
