OMG, I totally have The Eye 1 and it is my fav! I have been telling everyone ever since I saw it 3 yrs ago. I watched the extra's, and was amazed at how it was related to actual events, knowing that, makes it even creepier. I love it!

yeah man THE EYE 1 is my second favorite after shutter. it even had a good twist in the end. the reason i love shutter more is because of its sentimental value (for me) i was with my GF ane lazy afternoon and had nothing to do so we just went out and watch any movie, we went and saw this movie w/o any expectation of enjoying it, then behold a good money's worth. but all in all they are of same caliber. watch both and you wont be disappointed

American version wasn't scary at all. And this one, man it's scary!

this movie scared the FUCK out of me. After I first watched it (watched the first half at night BAD idea, then had to stop it and couldn't watch the rest till the next day), it was like a year before I got up the guts to watch it again. On the laptop. With the sound turned almost all the way down. Should be shown in film classes as an example on how to scare the crap out of people without a ton of blood/gore (and I love gore)or cheap jumps-just creepy mood and great storytelling. Perfect.

i love asian horror movies than hollywoods! the hollywoods horror movies are NOT scary. they are just DISGUSTING!(like saw, scream,final destination..need i say more?) unlike asian horror films, they will really give you nightmares. now that what's you call SCARY and not disgusting!
