The green locomotive at the beginning of the video reminds me a lot of Norfolk and Western's J class number 611, one of my all-time favorites.

The streamlined 38 class' closest styling relative would defiantly be the NYN&HRR I-5 Hudson, but yes, there are similarities to the N&W J Class (an engine I'd love to see steam again).
