Clark County Officers Let Me Go after handcuffing me for 56 minutes.tes

The power of knowing how to exercise your rights! After 56 minutes, the officers finally released me from custody. They did not give me a ticket - despite MULTIPLE threats. The result was four cop cars and whoever was arrested in the back of the first squad car got a serious schooling on how to exercise your rights.

That's just the beginning. Did you know, for example, that in Nevada (I suspect other states as well) our tax dollars pay for lobbiests who work for the government and influence the laws to inflict onto we the people?

A word of advice, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER talk to the cops. If this happens again the only thing you should say is "I don't want to talk to you", "Am I being detained" and "Am I free to go". If they answer yes to the second say " What probable cause supported by specific articulatable facts do you have that I have committed, am committing, or are about to commit a crime?".

You need to file a federal civil rights lawsuit against those two cops. Without reasonable suspicion or probable cause it is illegal to detain/arrest someone. They had no RAS or PC for the detention/arrest.

If you do not file suit and hold them accountable they will continue to break the law.
