I have had a similar horror story as you. Bought a new satellite640M; muliple problems from the minute it was opened; with multiple repairs. Toshiba does not care about consumers! They are thieves and LIARS and their attitude is "so what, get over it, we stole your money now drop dead!!!!!!!!!!!!
