RATIO was asked to design a new north endzone building at Memorial Stadium on the Indiana University Bloomington campus. The new facility will include a student athlete physical development center featuring a 24,000 square-foot weight room for all varsity athletics; administrative offices for the IU athletic department; offices for football coaches and staff; team meeting rooms; and a hall of fame that will also serve as a banquet facility. The relocation of the football offices to this location will provide space for the creation of a new academic support commons adjacent to the weight room facility.

The building's exterior design emulates the collegiate gothic style found throughout the existing campus. When completed, the expansion will change the stadium's shape to that of a horseshoe. Existing grandstand bleacher seating will be removed and replaced with permanent seating. The hall of fame banquet facility will provide game day catering for new club seating. The facility will also connect the east and west stadium stands at the field level, the lower concourse level and the upper concourse level.
