Kneel on a pillow, with your arms crossed at your chest. On a 3-second count, slowly bend your hips and knees while lowering your chest. Hold for a 1-second count at the bottom, then return to the starting position on a 3-second count. Keep your head up and torso straight when completing this movement. Work your way up to 10 repetitions.
