Ahhh nothing like a muffin from Modica's in the morning, their coffee is sub-par though. You should check out the new seaside documentary, just search "seaside documentary," it's really well done. Thanks for sharing this, people need to know about Seaside, but at the same time I like it being low key. I've been going there for 15 years, we built a house there 6 years ago, and it never gets old. And yes there are some "assy" and "snobbish" people, but most are very nice from my experience.
