I know I will get some hate but trust me when you guys see the outcome, you will not be disappointed!! This 1990 48,000 mile healthy 5.7L 350 will be replacing the tired poorly rebuilt 350 that's currently in the Silverado. I seem to have lost the video of this thing running I'll try to find it but if I can't oh well you'll see it run when it's in the Silverado. Sorry everybody for the long absence and sorry you will have to see this poor beautiful baby get tenderized but trust me it's for a good cause!!

  • sweet!! but i would put more work in the caprice first

  • @THERIPPER216 Don't worry the Caprice is gettin her work done on her. And also yes I realize I could get more out of flipping it and I maybe I should but then I'm stuck in the same dilemma, I still need an engine for my Silverado. I do not want to sell the truck because I already invested so much money into it already so I might as well just finish it!!

  • @88BroughamLS well brougham you made a pretty goodpoint there its either have a working vehicle or none at all.. so i have a question.. after you take the motor out, what will you do with the van? junk it or keep it?

  • @THERIPPER216 Well It would be nice to keep it but I will try to sell it as a whole with the old engine f just part it out and make more money off of it.

  • nice bigmouth

  • By any chance, do you still have the rest of this van? I have the very same van , but need the 700r transmission & seats. Please give me a call and I'll take it of your hands! 951.665.6285.

  • You got a great deal! I bought a 1990 GMC 2500 Vandura a year ago for $1,000. It is a picture perfect paint no rust GLAVAL Conversion, all the bells & whistles. I replaced the fuel pump at 99,000 miles, about 3 months after I bought it. This past Monday, I removed the original factory shocks and installed Monroe Air Shocks, you can't believe how nice it rides now. I wish the gas mileage was a bit better, but that 350 motor, no way, it is what it is. Good Luck Dude.

  • No no no no no u can't rape such a beautiful machine

  • In Norway there is a lot of vans like these, very popular among high school graduates as party vans for graduation celebration similar to American's spring break. I bet it will be a lot of work getting that engine out of there, tight fit in those.

  • In Finland that van would cost you more like 6000 bucks :D........and please, no scrapping i dont see rust anywhere!

  • I have a 1984 Chevy van and sadly I cant drive it out the price of gas it sucks gas and I think it would cost 60 bucks to fill up.

  • @88BroughamLS yea i would do the same as well, part it out rather than sell it whole, faster money for you

  • @88BroughamLS oh, well thats ok, as long as you still have your original caprice. dont ever get rid of it! lol

just out of curiosity, how much were you able to get out of it?
