@AkrionXxarr LMAO, I raged when i first used my carrier in combat and that happenned to me, kinda stupid when i had eccm and a sensor number of 151.

@androidrebel Except pretty much everybody fits ECM drones in some capacity, so the 'variety of fights' is negatively affected by them. I don't have a problem with ECM as a whole, I just have a problem with a single EC-300 being capable of jamming a carrier for 20 seconds. ;P

People complaining about ECM should really think how ECM gives more variety to fights, otherwise EVE pvp would be all a lot more boring than it is, and in fact all forms of Ewar should be more viable than they are now. Any ship with some form of ECM takes a big chunk off either its tank or its DPS, and in exchange gets something that is chance based.
What's next step once you'll have ECM nerfed (again)? Maybe take out neuts, or, why not, sensor boosters? And webs, soooo annoying! Seriously...
