  • The best companies have always been traditionally those who make people feel good about coming to work--i.e. providing a living wage with decent benefits. The best companies treat their employees and unions with respect--i.e. Southwest Airlines is one by example.

  • This guy is paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to screw hard working employees out of a voice in their employment. And the company is looking out for you? I dont think so. Union Yes!

  • Minimum wage in Denmark is about 17$ for unskilled labor..

Were were relatively untouched by the financial crisis

    and are doing decently.

  • unions should be required by law....why a ceo needs 50+million per year?

management is going to destory industry in this county with their over inflated pay scales.

  • @FrankeeFraud

And nonunions are even better. Ask the staring Chinese Slave labors making the CEO billions.

  • Unions are only as strong as the employees who support it. Most who complain (majority) about their unions are those who never go to local union meetings and never speak openly at work about their concerns... Pillow talk is great, but doesn't really help anyone! Stand for your rights and have some balls! I hate hearing about my principles this and my principles that... What about standing up for yourself??

  • @mobilechief study up on the MOHAWK VALLEY FORMULA , Sun TZU says that he doesn't study his enemy has already lost the battle

  • @moondogjack1978 Dam right we need to unionize hard today very hard! In my industry trucking , we dam sure need help, only 20% are union and the trucking firms are raping the workforce. Like all other industries!

  • I've worked in both union and non-union workplaces and I'll take the union anyday.

  • @pukeandterror

And crappy car designs and inept management(who still get golden parachute packages worth millions when they run their companies into the ground) had nothing to do with it? Just look at the problems Toyota, which is non-union, is having.
