@daphne2blake I'm saying it's hardly happy enough! It needs a fiddle or a banjo to be nearly happy enough. And Jars of Clay makes it even sadder. Some glad morning - when we meet Jesus! It's not fixing to die like suicidal, or old death bed... it's excited to meet Jesus, like the song "when we all get to Heaven". it's meant to be the most enthusiastic, happy song you can think of! :)

@romans1615 Yeah. In this song, he sounds too happy. Espectilly when this song is about people fixing to see GOD (the part when he says, "Just a few more weary days and then, I'll fly away."). So it's about someone fixing to die, yet he sounds way to happy-country like... IDK, this song just isn't ment for a happy-country-like singer like Alan Jackson.

@daphne2blake jars of clay is my favorite ever, but they kill the spirit of this particular song... it's even better in blue grass. jars of clay's "hymn" i could listen to over and over though <3
