i actually figured out like a month ago: i was missing the secret balloon in the cove by sherbert island. lol. thanks anyway! ;)

I had the same problem, you have to beat the challenges with keys on the front of the doors. :)

well, when ever i finish the trophy races in the whole game, and i got every balloon on the race tracks, but it wont let me into the door! can someone please tell me why!!???

Tiptup is a great character. Prolly the best steering and acceleration after the clock dude.
