You explained this very well. I would have not known how to use the pad correctly. Thank you! Can you explain to me what is the difference between a distress ink and a pigment ink? Other than the spritzing technique, couldn't I get this affect from a pigment ink?

Yes, they do. They're already mounted on cling foam, so they just peel off the storage sheet and attach to your acrylic block.
