New Bedford is the most beautiful city in New England, I pity anyone who only focuses on the ghetto. I moved there from Falmouth two years ago and haven't regretted it once. Downtown is like an urban Nantucket, breathtaking Victorian mansions everywhere, beautiful old industrial architecture all along the river, and the mouth of the harbour is girded with a massive stone wall with towers astride the gate, and historic stone forts (Phoenix and Rodman-Taber) with parks on either side.

Man this is funny/true but if you live in New England and like seafoood and/or drugs u owe New Beige.
New bed is the biggest seafood export in new england and has the record for biggest drug bust in MA history. the fisherman bring more to the U.S. than fish
