Rondo Punching/Pushing Dwight Howard in Game 1

Midway through the 3rd quarter of Game 1 of the Magic Vs. Celtics series, Rajon Rondo and Dwight Howard get tied up with each other and Rajon Rondo throws a punch/push/slap at Dwight Howard. For some reason the refs didn't see it, the announcers didn't see it, and I saw no mention of it anywhere the next morning. But sure enough, here it is, in plain sight.
