McCain's Pastor Probs- Hagee & Hitler, Parsley & Islam

Sen John McCain sought these two pastor's endorsements out for his political benefit and has yet to denounce or reject their endorsements.

Hagee says that Hitler was doing God's will and Parsley is on a Crusade against all Muslims. Hagee also has said that God damned the gulf coast with Katrina because of a scheduled upcoming gay pride festival in Neww Orleans and has called the Catholic church a whore.

Anyone who doesn't think this is worse than Obama's Rev wright problem obviously doesn't believe in the separation of church and state. What's said in your church by your pastor is no one's business (That's why many of our founding fathers came to America). But when you pull a preacher out and use him for political benefit like McCain did, then what they say becomes everyone's business.

Hagee represents a brand of Christianity "wedded to Empire", very centered on acquiring power in America to enforce Christian ideals on this culture...via associations with the political Right.

My diatribe was intended for anyone advocating the Hagee brand of Christianity. If you believe nothing of the sort and figure any religious endorsement is immaterial...we differ for different reasons than above.
