Only two of the three horns/notes that make up the standard horn sound sounded because the operator didn't fully apply the horn button. The highest pitched horn only sounded for a milisecond, as it needs more air to sound, Car horns have only two horns/notes.

When a GEVO goes by here I can't distinguish between a GEVO or a wookie, I can't help how the railroads want their horns tuned, it's not just me.
