quick question... is it advised to lift weights while on this? im trying to get big and lose the fat

Yes, you can work out all you want after you finish the HCG protocol. One thing at a time. Working out does not convert fat into muscle, they are two separate things.

Steve, I need to ask about HCG in body - if you read Dr. Simeons - he states that HCG is NEVER in the body except during pregnancy. I am so impressed by your weight loss - but I need to know that this is safe....

Yes it is safe. The misunderstanding is that HCG is only made by women when they are pregnant. It does exist in the body because you get it while in the womb. An unborn fetus is exposed to over 10,000IUs per day for 9 months, and the HCG is absorbed through the skin. Everyone has already had HCG put into their body by the time they are born, so it is very natural and safe.
