  • @brunopets That´s more glutes but also Hamstrings. Okay if you stand in the water on 1 foot it´s obviously more the glutes :) than the ham but they still work at this excercise

  • Well Downstreamlife , if you good, you can work both of them at the same time:) She's really good:)

  • but the hamstrings also. remember: muscles attach in two ends so movement occures both ways.
