Music by Sea and Cake
Serves 2-4
1 fillet of a firm fleshed white fish (sea bass, halibut, cod)
30 clams
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes chopped (or 1 medium tomato)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup of white wine
1 1/4 cup stock (vegetable, chicken, seafood)
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
1 sprig rosemary
1 bay leaf
1 handful basil torn into pieces
salt and pepper to taste
- Add olive oil to a pot and saute onions garlic, and crushed red chili flakes for 3 minutes.
- Add bay leaf and rosemary sprig. Saute 1 minute.
- Add tomato paste and saute 3 minutes to caramelize.
- Add the wine, stock, and water and stir.
- Add the basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover with a lid and let simmer for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, add fish and clams. Cover with the lid again and cook for about 5- 7 minutes. (when all the clams open it is ready to serve.)
- Enjoy this with a nice salad and a great loaf of bread!
**** If there are 2 or 3 clams that did not open and all the others did, throw them away. They may not be fresh.******

@ImOuttaBedShutUpNow hahaha. I noticed that too and I'm very happy about it. I still need alot of work on lighting and video editing in general. Some food youtubers have amazing videos and it makes me feel kind of lame. Hopefully I can learn to use live movie maker to the best of my advantage!
