UPS are crap. They've owed me $100 for about 7 years, I gave up trying to collect it. They botched a "guaranteed" two day delivery which hugely inconvenienced my customer. Since it was supposed to be "guaranteed" they agreed to refund my shipping charges but never did, even after repeated phone calls. Fuck them I'll never send another package with them and I steer people to FEDEX or USPS whenever possible.

I've heard that these guys are treated badly. Yes there are bad ones but I suspect most of them are just hard-working guys trying to earn a living.

Until you walk in his shoes don't judge! Been working there for 21 yrs. Did that for 16. If it was fragile or electronic, that's a problem.

guy was n a bad bad mood but should dat reflect how ups employees handle some1 else's packag. boss needs 2 punish (or fire) and make sure it doesnt happen again
