@highlanderdurp Probably because you are so advanced you do not need it, but there are those in the world who need beginning tips and maybe some things they have not thought about. Maybe you should post the advanced heavy bag workout tips so the world can be exposed to your amazing level of skill.

@dominicanfigure169 You're onto me. Please don't tell anybody. Except the youtube community of course.

@tejotaaaaa Thanks! I screwed up my terminology but I'm sure repetition is still the key. Regular front kicks seem to be OK, it's the roundhouse kicks that give me trouble from my right. I watched your kicks video and am planning to do some kick drills with the rest. I especially like the drill where you don't lower your foot. Can't wait to try 'em out.

@highlanderdurp No problem. You must admit that comment seemed a little snarky ("yawn"). If you watch again, for what most people do on the bag this is actually a pretty advanced video. Most people go on the bag completely offensive. Adding defense and footwork is already covered in this video. Counter punching is a good add too, not sure if i mentioned that, made this a long time ago. Have a good day.

@tejotaaaaa theres no advanced tips maybe you should make one :) maybe cover footwork and counter punching in your next vid. no need to be defensive i gave you a thumbs up.
Any tips for learning front leg kicks? I'm southpaw and favor my left big time, so my left leg has good form but my right leg not so much. I usually find I'm not pointing my foot enough and I make contact with my toes. Thanks!

@FoofyJay Hey man. Serious repetition. Especially on the off side. I had a workout i used to do where i would pick a bunch of kicks i wanted to work on and do sets of each. For example, one would be a front kick, i would do that kick 30x with each leg. I'd try not to move or do anything other than the kick to limit telegraphing. Then i would do a 2nd set with follow up strikes & footwork. I'd usually train the front leg because it is harder & if you can do the front the back is easy.

@tejotaaaaa It also seems like you know what the problems are so when you do that 1st set really focus on those things. Slow motion in the air helps with form. The other i was talking about with the sets i would do on the heavy bag or on mits or shields with a partner. I am going to try and put up some videos of workouts i have made up. I also have a kicking workout tips video you can look at. Keep training hard. Let me know if any of this is unclear. It is in the world of my brain.
